NYS is appealing its "quarantine camp regulation" for NY -- it's absolutely appalling what NYS is trying to do. Attorney Bobbie Anne Cox will be arguing on behalf of NYS legislators who won the case below. This regulation completely conflicts with NY law and with the US Constitution, but Governor Hochul and Attorney General James have appealed it anyways.
