It’s hard to believe that two assembly races are still not fulfilled after two republicans clearly won on Election night last month.

As “The Jewess Patriot,” I can’t help but notice that both seats are in districts with a large number of registered Jewish voters.  Many were former Democrats, who now support the GOP candidates that encourage law enforcement, school choice, securing our streets, supporting small businesses and medical freedoms.

President Donald Trump’s policy successes and President Biden’s troubled tenure and that laptop from hell are resulting in either residential exodus or voter no modifications.

Voters in New York reacted by voting for eleven republicans to represent them in the House of Representatives and flipping blue seats red in the five boroughs, including Brooklyn and Queens.

Lester Chang is an American politician who is the member-elect for New York's 49th State Assembly district, following his defeat of longtime Democratic incumbent Peter J. Abbate Jr. in the 2022 New York State Assembly election.  On Election Night, Chang overwhelmingly won with over 500 points and approximately a 52% over 48% difference.  One third of his district comprised of Jewish voters, one third Asian and one third a combination of other groups.

Democrats cried foul!  The same Democrats of New York politics that investigate every move of Donald Trump and go on local television attacking republicans who question voter fraud and integrity for receiving ballots in the mail at multiple addresses and for dead people.

Lester Chang helps an elderly mother and doesn’t want to put her in an assisted living home that Democrats apparently made a place of death for elderly parents during COVID.  Democrats have yet to complete investigations as to who was to blame and appropriate discipline.

The Assembly’s Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing Dec. 19 at 9:30 a.m. in Albany to weigh the matter ahead of a potential vote by the full chamber in January, according to a letter sent to Chang this past Tuesday.

The Asian community sees this as another discriminatory act against them, after denials of education admissions to schools of choice based on merit and protections against Asian American hate crimes.

The Jewish community sees prejudice too.  Additionally, they feel antisemitic bias from the Democrats who targeted them during lockdowns in 2020 and 2021.  Add to that the Jewish financial and voter support for Gubernatorial Jewish candidate, Lee Zeldin, and it’s no surprise that Democrats seek retaliation by questioning an obvious win by a republican local candidate.

Enter Jewish current Assemblywoman Stacey Pfeffer Amato, out of the Queens district that includes the religious Jewish conservatives of Far Rockaway. While they previously voted Democratic in local elections, they filled their circles for Thomas Sullivan this time.

Amato’s resume prior to winning her seat was and still is a teacher’s union member and daughter of former Assemblywoman Audrey Pfeffer.

Amato was challenged by Thomas Sullivan, veteran, business owner and whose family has a legacy within the 23rd assembly district.  Amato knew she was in trouble since the victory of Ari Brown, of the Five Towns, who overwhelmingly won his assembly seat in 2021.  Amato’s religious community wants the school choice options and opportunities they see in the neighboring district and more action against the violence against Jews in her communities.

Sullivan won on Election night by 246 votes.

Amato cried foul. It has been 30 days since Election Night. A week ago all votes, mail etc we maintained a lead of 3 votes. Now, after 4 days of a "hand count" the Sullivan campaign maintains a lead of 2 votes.

Here is the biggest conflict of interest.  Amato’s mother is the Queens County Clerk, signing off on all the paperwork.  Her stepfather is Albany lobbyist Glenn Riddell.  Judge Joseph Rissi overruling a bipartisan Board of Elections Committee’s decision on 94 absentee votes deemed to have major faults and were disqualified.

Sullivan has filed an appeal with the Brooklyn Appellate Court which will take place on December 12th.

Stacey Pheffer Amato is a well-financed operation.  She has hired Red Horse Strategies, a political public relations firm to handle her messaging.  She has hired an expensive law firm Sweeney, Reich, and Bolz LLC to challenge bipartisan election rulings.

Despite all of the Democratic shenanigans, Thomas Sullivan comes out ahead every time.

Voters are very concerned about both the Chang  and Amato elections overturned with the help of Democratic supermajorities in Albany and a quiet Attorney General, whose offices are in the midst of scandals.

On a personal note, Audrey Amato, signing off on cases with a conflict of interest is nothing new.  She signed off on my ongoing lawsuit against the NYCDOE despite close ties to both the teachers unions and elected officials tied to the unions.  By her signing off with her name in the documents, she seemingly approved of guns and weapons threatening students and staff, inappropriate sexual conduct, misappropriation of funds and academic failure that targets minority families that are slowly leaving the Democratic Party in the district.

The similarities between Loudon County and My case are here.

Except for a few media outlets and pundits including Curtis Sliwa and Sid Rosenberg, nobody is covering this important story.  As 2023 is the year of the local election, it is imperative that every local GOP organization highlight this attempt to commit questionable election results against conservatives.

If Democrats really want to cry foul, do it after they approve of voter IDs, the same way identification is required at airports, certain public places and events.

Democrats might be winning some battles, but with the mass exodus of common sense, tax paying New Yorkers, their smiles now will turn to frowns for acting like clowns.
