CDM's Globalists in Plain Sight Host Christine Dolan interviews New York attorney Bobbie Anne Cox and New York State Senator George Borrello about New York's Health Quarantine Regulation that they challenged in New York State Court.
The lower court found the regulation in violation of the state constitution and lacking in due process in July 2022 before the November election when the NY Governor and NY Attorney General were on the ballot.
In August 2022, they filed a Notice of Appeal. No one believed the politicians would draw attention to this case and actually file the appeal before the election.
They waited until the last minute of the official appeal deadline in January 2023.
On September 13, 2023, the higher court heard the oral arguments.
The packed courtroom of 400 gave Cox a standing ovation after her oral argument.

Those officials who believe in mandates and lockdowns and could care less about economic impacts have a clear strategy that is transparent.
Deny reality, Dismiss the facts, Deflect concerns, Defame the messengers of reality, and if nothing else, Destroy their reputations and careers.
The only thing that beats that strategy is Courageous Conviction.
