“In 2008, the FBI developed a policy on its interactions with CAIR [The Council on American-Islamic Relations] based in part on evidence presented during the 2007 trial of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development. The evidence at trial linked CAIR leaders to Hamas, a specially designated terrorist organization, and CAIR was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the case.”
One would think CAIR’s ties to an Islamic terrorist organization would at the very least render it unwelcome in the White House. This would only be true if the White House was anti Islamic terrorist and anti Islamic terrorist sympathizers.
Alarmingly, the Biden administration is working with CAIR.
“CAIR [is] one of the many contributing organizations that provided the White House ongoing ‘commitments to counter antisemitism and build cross-community solidarity by organizations across the private sector, civil society, religious and multi-faith communities, and higher education’”, says CAIR on its website. Also, the White House sent out a fact sheet saying, “The Council on American-Islamic Relations [CAIR] will launch a tour to educate religious communities about steps they can take to protect their houses of worship from hate incidents, such as instituting appropriate security measures, developing strong relationships with other faith communities and maintaining open lines of communication with local law enforcement.”
This is like asking the rats to guard the cheese.
Basim Elkarra, executive director of CAIR in Sacramento Valley, California said of Israelis responding to the October 7 Hamas attacks, “Unfortunately for the “Palestinian” Americans, especially those from Gaza, every two years, there’s a war. What the Israelis call mowing the lawn.” He then says, “we have to look at the root cause…occupation that…the United States funds and supports.”
Two points here. First, Elkarra has an “explicit bias”, to use a DEI term, towards Jews and Americans. Second, nothing is ever enough for terrorists or terrorist sympathizers. Biden has given Iran, which sponsors Hamas, $71.02 billion in funds, according to Daily Signal, based on the interview with Robert Greenway, director of The Heritage Foundation’s Center for National Defense.
Zahra Billoo, CAIR’s San Francisco Bay Area executive director, says “Zionists” are “your enemies.” Nihad Awad, CAIR’s Executive Director, claims “Zionist organizations” are “enemies of the Muslim community” and “Zionist organizations make up the core of the Islamophobia network in the United States.”
Awad doesn’t leave it there - he attacks the “Great Satan”, America, in Islamic terrorist talk. He posits pro-Israel groups have “corrupted” the U.S. government.
So, after Hamas attacks Israel, killing more than 1,200 people and taking around 250 hostages (we still don’t know the exact number), including Americans, the White House taps an organization that is anti semitic and anti America to help combat antisemitism?
That’s not all. On November 1st, three weeks after Islamist terror in Israel and throughout the West, where they’ve been incessantly calling for a global intifada, the White House announces it’s establishing the first-ever National Strategy to Counter Islamophobia in the United States.
Why?
The FBI notes that American Jews account for 2.4% of the U.S. population and are the target of 63% of hate crimes. Also per the FBI, anti-Sikh incidents: 11.6%, anti-Islamic incidents: 9.6%, anti-Catholic incidents: 6.1%, anti-Eastern Orthodox (Russian, Greek, Other): 3.1%. Again, why were the Muslims singled out as the protected class?
CAIR?
Suddenly, post Hamas terrorists attacking Israel, Hamas sympathizers hijacking postsecondary education, ripping down posters, leading multiple violent insurrections in D.C, vandalizing the White House, mounting and humping myriad landmarks and statues, ripping down American flags, holding hostage the Brooklyn Bridge, Grand Central Station, the NYSE, calling for a global intifada and saying, “We will not stop until Islam enters every home,”, they say they’re bullied. Suddenly, CAIR received an ‘unprecedented’ 1,283 reports of anti-Arab and Islamophobic bias in the last month. The new data, CAIR says this is a 216% increase in requests for help and reported bias incidents compared to the previous year. This isn’t indicated in any FBI report - yet.
Is CAIR inflating numbers? Will the Biden administration’s FBI do anything to assist in skewing data to support this new National Strategy to Counter Islamophobia in the United States?
CAIR affiliate Taha Hassane, serving as the Imam and Director of the Islamic Center of San Diego, says, “We need to change the American public opinion. It’s not a war. It’s not a conflict. It is a genocide paid by our [American] tax dollars. A brutal attack and continuous genocide on Palestinians in Gaza. This is how we call it”
Let’s reassess. CAIR is tied to a terrorist organization and has a history of anti semitic and anti American rhetoric. Obama hides his ties to two institutions: CAIR and the Nation of Islam (NoI), both condemned by the Anti-Defamation League for its "consistent record of racism and anti-Semitism." Then Biden goes on to have what many call “Obama’s third term” and also aligns with CAIR - to combat antisemitism… Hamas terrorists attack Israel, killing Israelis and taking Israeli and American hostages. Biden then launches the first-ever National Strategy to Counter Islamophobia in the United States. And after the entire world sees Islamists terrorizing every place they enter, we’re to believe that “islamophobia” is an issue and islamophobic crimes are unprecedented? Coinciding with a CAIR member imam Hassane telling his followers how to message and what to say?
