William Kemp-Neal, 30, was outed while trying to rendezvous with someone he believed to be a 13 year-old boy in Mount Vernon, just north of the Bronx. Kemp-Neal was an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx, but he quickly resigned after he was discovered and caught.
The group that outed Kemp-Neal, Dads Against Predators, is a citizen watchdog collective whose videos are popular on TikTok.
Sadly, much of Kemp-Neal's case load consisted of child endangerment cases, placing him in close contact with the same individuals he sought to victimize.
Per the New York Post: "While no one was arrested, police said in a statement that officers 'encountered several individuals making allegations of wrongdoing,' and promised a 'comprehensive investigation.'"
As of the time of writing, Kemp-Neal has not been charged with a crime.
