Tiny Pop Star Sabrina Carpenter Piles On Mayor Adams At MSG Show

Sabrina Carpenter played Madison Square Garden last night to a sold-out show of young girls and their dutiful parent chaperones. The five-foot chanteuse delivered the goods, albeit with a side of local politics.

Carpenter, 25, dipped her toe in the Gotham power play pool when she quipped that her video shoot for the single "Feather" was responsible for Adams' fall from grace within the Democratic Party.

Last year, a pastor at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Williamsburg was demoted after approving the video shoot at the 160 year-old church. Monsignor Jamie Gigantiello is a friend of Mayor Adams' ex-chief of staff Frank Carone.

While the publicity certainly didn't help Gigantiello, it was likely not the reason that federal authorities are investigating business dealings between Carone and Gigantiello.

The Manhattan is a new media outlet combatting the Leftist narrative in NYC. We love The Big Apple, we want it to succeed and prosper and are committed to revealing how flawed ‘progressive’ policy is ruinous. As crime spikes, the homeless crisis balloons, schools continue to degrade, and quality of life plummets, we’re determined to help effectuate change. The Manhattan will fearlessly chronicle the problems and try to offer solutions. We won’t shy away from issues, we will lean into them.
