NYC Councilwoman Vickie Paladino has reported voting irregularities in Whitestone, Queens. According to election officials, ballots are not scanning properly due to issues with paper thickness.

Ballots have to be scanned up to 20 times before the system reads them correctly, apparently due to an issue with 'paper thickness'. I've been onsite all morning since receiving… pic.twitter.com/cF33mP8VhU
At the voting location PS 184, voters registered complaints over voting machines not functioning properly. Paladino remained on site while officials contacted the Board of Elections to try to secure the services of a voting machine technician.
