Department of Homeland Security boss Kristi Noem is in the Big Apple, and she's taking a bite--out of crime. The much anticipated raids on illegals are finally here, and New Yorkers are breathing a sigh of relief.
It's beginning to feel like the DHS is finally looking out for Americans instead of just spying on them.
The former South Dakota governor took to social media to announce the capture of a illegal alien "dirtbags". One of those captured in a predawn raid was wanted for kidnapping, assault, and burglary.

Later this morning, more great news: another man captured is a Tren de Aragua ringleader wanted for his role in the apartment takeovers in Aurora, Colorado. The takeovers became an election issue in the lead-up to November 5th.
Donald Trump and JD Vance spoke publicly about the issue, but legacy media chose to downplay and even deny that the ruthless Venezuelan gang had commandeered apartments in Aurora.

In a familiar sequence of events, Trump made the claim, the media denied and downplayed, and then more evidence came to light, proving Trump's initial claim. Videos of the gang went viral on X, showing members with rifles and sidearms patrolling the hallways of a multi-unit dwelling.
Vance had one of his defining moments as a candidate on ABC, when the host claimed that "only a handful" of apartments had been targeted by the gang. "Do you hear yourself?" he asked the host incredulously.
Noem gave praise to those conducting the operation today, saying, "Thank you to all of the brave officers involved." Governor Kathy Hochul steered clear of the issue on X, choosing to comment on one of her housing programs this morning instead.
Likewise, Mayor Eric Adams hasn't posted anything about the raids at the time of publication.
