Wings for Justice and Liberty Series continues....
CDM's Global Conversations - Globalists in Plain Sight Host Christine Dolan interviews James Zietlow (ret. USAF Col. and Tom Floyd (ret. US Army Lt. Col.) about their Amended Complaint against United Airlines, its CEO, Scott Kirby, the airline's upper management, the pilot, flight attendant and ground crew unions' representatives and United Airlines' entire board of directors.
These men and the other 26 United Airlines plaintiffs are on a Wings for Justice Liberty legal mission to see that those who put United Airline's employees at risk for mandating covid "shots" never happens again. United decided to put those who received religious exemptions on indefinite leave without paychecks, medical and life insurance and no access to their 401(K)s. To these plaintiffs, that is unacceptable.
This lawsuit affects all United Airlines and the industry in general and all industries.
United Airline's corporate decisions about their covid policies is a classic business school text book case that is being waged in the court, but adds to the global conversations about how corporations should or should not develop their corporate policies.
Initially, United pushed the covid shots, then incentivized the shots in spring 2021 and by August 2021, Scott Kirby and United's powers that be mandated the covid shots. In step with management, the plaintiffs have alleged their unions abandoned them and left them on the battlefield to figure out how to apply for medical and religious exemptions. All 28 plaintiffs have their own story. They include: pilots, flight and ground crews.
Ironically, United did not mandate passengers to have shots nor did they mandate that United employees overseas have mandated shots even though the overall argument by Kirby and management was "safety" although their corporate covid policy was not uniform.
In March 2022, United invited those with exemptions back to work, where some employees allege that they were discriminated against and a hostile work environment grew - all known to corporate management.
