Obama-Appointed and JEWISH US Federal Judge Jesse Furman of the Southern District of New York has a brother in law via his wife Ariela Dubler who is tied to the pro-HAMAS, pro-Muslim Brotherhood group “Faculty and Staff for Justice in Palestine Network.”
This is a massive CONFLICT OF INTEREST that should disqualify Judge Furman from overseeing the case involving the Trump admin’s deportation order for Palestinian Foreign national Mahmoud Khalil, a green card holder who organized pro-HAMAS, Palestinian riots at Columbia Univeristy in New York.
Judge Jesse Furman’s brother in law named JOSH DUBLER is an associate professor of religion at the University of Rochester@UofR, and member of the University of Rochester's chapter of “Faculty for Justice in Palestine”. Univeristy of Rochester is located in New York. In November of 2024, Josh Dubler attended the arraignments of 4 students at the University of Rochester who were facing suspension for participating in pro-HAMAS Palestinian protests on campus that threatened and intimidated Jewish students and faculty.
The students passed out Hundreds of “wanted” posters with photos of Jewish faculty members that were discovered at the University of Rochester. Josh Dubler called on the Univeristy to drop the criminal charges against the students. Faculty and Staff for Justice in Palestine says on their website that they “amplify the work of Students for Justice in Palestine along with other pro-Palestinian student groups and campus unions.”
Mahmoud Khalil is affiliated with Students for Justice in Palestine and he worked with them to organize pro-HAMAS riots on the campus of Columbia Univeristy when he was a student there.
Judge Jesse Furman needs to RECUSE HIMSELF!
