In a video clip released earlier today on November 5, 2025 by The Independent (UK), President Trump is shown threatening to arrest Zohran Mamdani, in response to his nomination speech, in which it was alleged that he'd defy ICE, and not allow ICE to arrest criminal aliens in New York City.
Trump replied, "Well then we'll have to arrest him."
The video clip is noted as from July 1, 2025.
"We don't need a communist in this country," continued Trump. "But if we have one, I'll be watching over him very carefully on behalf of the nation."
